Good morning GCB Club!
I have some exciting news to share with you. A couple months ago we purchased a couple new tanks, with the intention of increasing our tap list. Our new tap system is up and running! We are now able to have an additional 7 offerings on tap- one of which will be our infamous root beer/sarsaparilla. If you were lucky enough to catch us at the Wild West Oktoberfest, you got a preview. Our new additions on tap include Beer of the Vine, Eyes Wide Shut Imperial Milkstout, and Centurion Barleywine.
We have welcomed a new (to us) brewer. He has an impressive resume and we are very excited to have him on the team. Our Wholesale department has been doing great, however if you would like to see GCB on tap somewhere we aren't currently please give the manager Mary's email- MaryH@gcbrewery.com and we'd be glad to drop off some samples.
Our Food Truck situation has not improved. City Staff continues to dismiss any of our ideas, and has not worked with us on coming up with a solution they will approve. We do offer a small menu- essentially the same menu we had prior to having food trucks to the brewery in 2013, but we do appreciate it when you bring food with you. As always, we are looking for innovative ways to forge through.
